LEGAL BASIS FOR PARTICIPATION IN PROMOTION

1. - PROMOTION ORGANISING COMPANY

Pushground Company with registered office in Barcelona organizes for a promotional draw at international level, to be developed through the Internet, exclusive to Pushground users and adults in accordance with the provisions of the conditions for participation.

2. -START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on the 24th of November, and end on the 5th ofDecember.

Likewise, the Company may extend the termination of the promotional action for another week, being the new end date on December 12 in case the minimum goal is not achieved.

3. - PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

It is important to emphasize that participation in the Contest presupposes unconditional acceptance and respect for the provisions of these Legal Bases.

Participation requirements shall be as follows:

• Create a new campaign between the 25th of November and the 2nd of December.
• The campaign must have a minimum spent of 500$. It can be left active until the 5th of December to reach the goal.
• React with 👍🏻 to the pop-up that will appear in the app, very important to validate your participation.
• Participants may only register once in this promotion.
• The personal data with which participants fill in the registration form must be accurate.

4. - PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

The winner will be chosen on the 6th of December at 16:00 UTC+1 and through a draw to be reviewed that the winner meets the requirements.

The selection of winners and alternates will be made randomly through the AppSorteos platform. AppSorteos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the result of the draw and as proof of this it issues a certificate of validity for each of its draws, whose result is unalterable for the organizer of the draw, and that any participating user can request the organizer.

The winner will be awarded: $500 on our platform to spend on new campaigns.

The winner may contact the Company within 5 days from the date on which it is announced by mail. In the event that such contact does not occur within the stipulated period,  another winner may be chosen and If happen the same the draw shall be nullified.
